The newspaper ‘Het
Laatste Nieuws’ (a Dutch newspaper) published an article about my work. The XTRA edition of the
newspaper talks about my creative bags and timeless design.
As an architect, my leatherwork is simple, sleek and pure. I create by folding and forming leather. Crossing out the unnecessary, keeping the essential.
The
pieces are pure craft, fully stitched by hand using the saddle stitch. It’s a
conscious choice to produce the pieces this way. It’s a challenge to make
contemporary leather goods in a very traditional way. It’s a way of shaping my
ideas. Free of machines. Back to basics.
All
pieces are 100% made with passion, 100% hand stitched and 100% Belgian!
The BOX bag
on the picture is a new one and in a new colour of leather. BOX bag is a series
of messenger or business bags with a timeless design and sturdy stitches,
designed for the practical and style conscious (business) user.

Wat leuk, Dominique deze mooie tas te zien en daar bovendien de trotse eigenaar van te zijn! Ik beleef er veel plezier aan : kleur, design, afwerking, practisch, helemaal mijn ding !
